Optimism with a Side of Onions was originally created to share my life experiences while offering hope to others. Although my mantra of “finding joy through the tears” hasn’t changed, the ways in which I give back continually evolves.
I facilitate and support numerous outreach projects, including, but not limited to: care packages for new cancer patients, clothing donations for elementary schools, and holiday stockings for at-risk children. A portion of each sale from this site helps to fund those needs.
